The K9s go with their handlers everywhere, 24/7. Thus, if the handler goes into a restaurant, or into a meeting, or anywhere the K9 cannot go, the K9 waits in the car, with the engine running, door locked and air conditioning on. Of course, the constant drag on the car’s battery and electrical system is severe….these jump starters make sure the star K9s will never get stuck in a blazing, locked car.
